Christopher (Chris) Ingram (born June 2, 1971) is the president and founder of 411 Communications (), a public opinion research and communications consulting firm based in Tampa, Florida, and is publisher of Irreverent View (). He has worked for several political candidates, including Bob Dole, Mayor Rudy Giuliani, Sen. Mel Martinez, Sen. Johnny Isaacson, Reps. Jon Porter, Jack Kingston, Kenny Hulsholf, Max Burns, and Katherine Harris. Ingram has served in a number of prominent positions for Republican elected officials and candidates,〔(Hotline On Call: Update: Harris For Senate: Take #17 )〕 including Rep. Jack Kingston, Press Secretary to former Senator Paul Coverdell, and Chief of Staff to Rep. Max Burns, all of Georgia. Ingram once threatened to sue NRCC Chairman Tom Reynolds when the Republican Congressman inappropriately got involved in a personnel matter in the office of Congressman Burns. Prior to forming his own company, Ingram was the Senior Vice-president of the Luntz Research Companies, the political polling firm which gave assistance with the Republican Party's 1994 "Contract with America."
